If you wish to cancel your order after this 15-minute window, please get in touch asap! Please also let us know your reason for cancelling, as this is really helpful information for us.

Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch, so we can't guarantee cancellations once they’ve been packed—especially for printed cases, which are made on demand and have a shorter processing time. However, we’ll do our best to help. If cancellation isn’t possible, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
