About your order

• Order confirmation: sent as soon as you place your order, with details of your purchase.

• Dispatch confirmation: sent once your order has left our warehouse, with a tracking link.
• Gift card email: if you buy a gift card, it arrives in a separate email a few seconds after your order confirmation.

If there’s an issue with your order, we may also email you about it directly.

If you’ve signed up to our mailing list, you’ll get emails about new products, seasonal promotions and our newsletter. To stop them, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email. You’ll still get emails about your orders.
