Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. The subject line of this email will be "Your Mous Order Has Left The Warehouse."

Dispatch Timeframes:

• Express orders are prioritised and dispatched first.
• Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
• Mous Collabs orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days.
• Pre-orders will be dispatched from the date stated on the relevant product page.

Important: Warehouse Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after the warehouse's daily processing cut-off time may not begin processing until the next business day. During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, dispatch times may also be extended.

Please note that the day your order is dispatched is considered Day 0. Delivery timeframes begin from the dispatch date and are based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
