Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. The subject line of this email is "Your Mous Order Has Left The Warehouse."

Express services will be given priority, as they are shipped the same day if ordered before the midday cutoff. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Mous Collabs orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days.

The day your order is dispatched is considered "Day 0." It should then arrive within the estimated business-day timeframe based on your selected shipping option at checkout.

Pre-orders will be dispatched from the date stated on the relevant product page.
