Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. The subject line of this email is "Your Mous Order Has Left The Warehouse." Express services will be prioritised.

The day your order is dispatched is considered "Day 0." It should then arrive within the estimated business-day timeframe based on your selected shipping option at checkout. Standard orders are dispatched within one working day. Express orders are still shipped the same day if placed before the midday cutoff. Mous Collabs are dispatched within 7-10 business days. 

Pre-orders will be dispatched from the date stated on the relevant product page. 

Please be aware that the Black Friday / Christmas period is an extremely busy time of year for our warehouses and couriers, so dispatches and deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. However, we constantly make every effort to ship orders quickly.
