Mous is a UK company, with the Head Office based in Central London.

Our products are manufactured in China, and we have a dedicated team that has relocated there full-time to oversee production.

We operate from two warehouses, one in the UK and one in New Jersey, USA. Our warehouse in the USA caters for US-domestic orders only. Our UK warehouse ships to all of our other destinations worldwide.

Our Customer Experience team is split between the UK and the Philippines to help us provide round-the-clock support.
