Once you've placed your order, you have 15 minutes to make any changes or cancellations to your order using our self-serve editor on your order confirmation page. 

 

If you wish to cancel your order after this 15-minute window, please get in touch and tell us ASAP! Please also let us know your reason for cancelling, as this is really helpful information for us.

Orders move through our systems quickly to allow us to dispatch them on time, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed—even if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. However, we’ll always do our best to help!
