We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! Most items bought directly from our website can be returned for a refund or exchanged for an item of equal value within 30 days of delivery*. Since they are printed on demand, Mous Collabs cases cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return or exchange, just reach out to our Customer Experience team—they’ll be happy to guide you through the process!

A few things to keep in mind:

• Returned items must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
• You’ll be responsible for return postage costs, so we recommend using a tracked postal service.
• Backpacks must be returned in perfect condition with all original packaging elements (tags, strap ties, protector film, and clear polybag) intact and in the original shipping box.
• We reserve the right not to issue a full refund if products have been customised or have been used, damaged or tampered with (unless they are faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights.
