We make products we’re confident you can rely on, but if something doesn't quite go to plan then we've got your back! To make a claim, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Experience team. If your issue is deemed to be valid, we will replace the item at no charge, with a new product of the same model and style.

  • Our hard cases (that’s phone cases, iPad cases, AirPods cases, etc.) and soft goods (bags and sleeves) have a limited lifetime warranty.
  • Our bags and sleeves have a limited lifetime warranty.
  • Our modular accessories (that’s wallets, mounts and chargers) have a 2 year warranty.
  • Everything else (straps, keychains, etc.) has a 2 year warranty.

 

The warranty relates to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from wear-and-tear, drops/falls, liquid damage etc. For the full list of exclusions, please see our Warranty page.

 

Please note that our Warranty (including lifetime) only applies to an original, purchased item. Any product which has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy, and will not be replaced again. Goodwill items are also not covered.
