Your Wireless Charger has a number of different LED modes to help you understand what’s going on with it:

• White LED flashes twice: Correct power has been plugged into the board.

• Solid white light: Product is connected to charger.

• No light: Product on standby.

• Constant flashing white LED light: Unstable input

  • We recommend you unplug your charger.

  • Make sure you're using the Mous adapter that came with your wireless charger.

  • If there’s still a problem when using the Mous adapter, please contact us.

• Flashing red LED light: This is usually because there’s a foreign object on your charger.

  • Please check for foreign objects and remove them if found.

  • If this doesn’t solve the problem, unplug your charger and contact us.
