We stand by the quality of our prints and ensure our cases undergo extensive quality control. Due to the nature of printing on cases, it’s possible for small marks or blemishes to occur, though we do not expect these to affect the overall quality of the product. We would not expect to replace or exchange cases in this instance, however if you think there’s a problem with your case, please contact our support team for assistance. Replacements are at Mous’s discretion, but we’ll always try to help where we can.
