Before getting in touch, please review your order confirmation email to ensure that the product is definitely different from your order. If it turns out to be an accidental order then we can still help - just let us know which product you would like to exchange it for.

 

If it is a genuine error on our side then we sincerely apologise - picking mistakes at our warehouse are rare but can occasionally happen! Please get in touch to let us know which product you've received, and we'll make sure the correct one is shipped out ASAP. It also really helps to speed things up if you can attach a photo of the barcode on the product packaging/shipping box, so we can quickly verify the error in our system.
