When you place an order with us, you will receive an email straight after placing your order, confirming your order details and the amount that your card will be charged. Please be aware that some banks may charge a small foreign transaction fee - this is not something which Mous receives or is liable to refund. However if anything looks unusual, please let us know straight away so we can investigate further. 


If you ever see an unknown payment from your account, your bank should always be your first point of contact. If they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman, which has legal authority to correct matters if you have been treated unfairly.
