We use a number of different couriers worldwide:
- UK: Amazon Shipping & DPD (Northern Ireland & some remote postcodes will be serviced by Royal Mail)
- US: UPS Mail Innovations (Standard) & UPS Air Express (Express)
- EU/ROW Standard: DPD, Landmark or Spring Global + Local Courier
- EU Express: DPD
- ROW Express: DPD
These couriers are our chosen partners and we see on-time success rates of around 95% globally. Whilst we always do our best to get orders to our customers on time, there are occasional delays which are often out of our control. We really appreciate your patience in allowing a couple of extra days for orders to arrive in these situations.
UK Customers: Please note that we are unable to offer a Next Working Day service to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles or Northern Ireland. If an Express service is selected at checkout, the order will still be delivered as quickly as possible but it will not be 'Next Working Day'.
We are not able to specify a different courier for your order, but if there are any anticipated problems then please let our Customer Experience team know and we will do our best to help!
