Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details. This email will be sent to the email address used at checkout, and the subject line will be:


"Your Mous Order Has Left The Warehouse."


Please note that there may be a short delay between your order leaving the warehouse and the tracking information becoming available. In some cases, tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate while the courier updates their systems.


Your order is likely already on its way, even if tracking hasn't updated yet.


If you're outside the UK, US, or EU and have chosen Standard shipping, your tracking link may take extra time to update. The "See tracking on the carrier's tracking site" link may not become active until your parcel reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local delivery partner.
