The tracking status for your order will help you know at a glance how far along the journey your products are. Different courier links will show different statuses, but these are some statuses you may expect to see:


  • Info Received: The courier has received the information about your order from Mous and is about to collect it.
  • "We're expecting it": We have given the parcel to the courier and it is waiting to be scanned in at their sorting facility. Please note that some orders may stay at this status for a couple of days, especially during busy peak seasons.
  • Exported: If your order is being delivered outside of the UK or US, it will be exported for international travel with our courier. Depending on the location and service selected, orders can stay at this status for a few days.

  • In Transit: The courier has picked up your order from Mous and it’s on its way to you.

  • Out For Delivery: Your order is on the last leg of its journey and should be arriving today!

  • Available for Pickup: Your order is waiting for you at the assigned pickup location.

  • Failed Attempt: The courier tried to deliver your order but was unable to - they’ll usually leave you a note or try again another time.

  • Delivered: Your order was successfully delivered so you should have your new Mous products!

  • Exception: There was a problem delivering your order - it might have been held in customs, returned to sender, or any other delivery issue. Please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help, but be aware you might need to get in touch with your local courier to resolve the problem.
