Once you receive your dispatch confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update. It may initially show a blank page, but don’t worry—it will activate soon! Your order is already on its way, but sometimes tracking systems take a little longer to catch up.


The tracking link may not show results right away because

  • The courier hasn't scanned it into their system yet.
  • It hasn’t been collected from our fulfilment Centre yet.


In most cases, the parcel is already moving—it just hasn’t been logged yet. If your tracking link hasn’t activated after 2 business days, please reach out to our Customer Experience team, and we’ll do our best to help!
