  • Double-check your mailbox, front door, and any safe places (like a porch, letterbox, over a side gate, garden, or with a neighbour).
  • If you live in an apartment or shared building, check with reception or the front desk.
  • Sometimes couriers mark deliveries a little early; your order may arrive within the next day. 
  • If you still cannot find your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience team, who can look into the next steps to help you. Also, if you have reason to believe that your parcel was stolen, please let us know the Crime Reference Number once you have reported this to the relevant authorities.
