We’re sorry if your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date. While most orders arrive within their estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Your shipping timeframe starts from the dispatch date (this is ‘Day 0’).
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey.
- If your tracking link opens to a blank page, it’s likely that the courier hasn’t scanned it into their system yet—even though your order is already on the move. This is a common delay, and the link should update soon once the courier logs the parcel into their system.
- Please allow the full delivery window for your order to arrive, keeping in mind that business days don’t include weekends or public holidays.
If your order has still not arrived and there is no update on your tracking link, we kindly ask that you wait for at least additional business days before reaching out to our Customer Experience team. Delayed orders are usually only a short distance away, so we appreciate your patience here, but we’ll always try to help if we can.
