If you're ordering from an EU-27 (European Union) member country, you will not have to pay any additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes. As we now ship orders to the EU from our new warehouse in Poland, the total amount you paid at checkout includes all applicable taxes, so there will be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

For customers in the US or UK, your order will also not incur any further fees beyond what you pay at checkout (provided you have ordered from our US or UK website). If, for any reason, you are unexpectedly charged a customs fee, please reach out to us with proof of the charge, and we'll get it sorted for you.

If you're ordering from a country outside the EU-27, including European countries such as Norway or Switzerland, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery. Mous is not responsible for these fees.
