If you are in the US, UK or EU, your order will not incur any further fees or taxes in addition to the total amount that you are charged at checkout. If for any reason you are charged an unexpected customs fee, then please reach out to us with proof of the charge and we will get this sorted for you.

Our warehouses are situated in the UK & US, so international orders placed to a non-EU country may be subject to additional fees. All countries have unique customs laws for taxes and duties and Mous is not liable for any costs incurred. We hear most frequently from customers in Canada and Mexico who have selected an Express shipping option. Please note that this service often incurs a customs fee upon import.
