Our Wireless Charger Pad works best with a Mous Limitless 3.0 phone case, as this enables you to benefit from the charge efficiencies of our AutoAlignPlus™ technology. The Car Vent and Suction Mounts can only be used with a Limitless 3.0 case, as they require the correct magnetic system (AutoAlignPlus™) to be positioned upright.

Our Wireless Charging products will not work with a Mous Limitless 2.0 case, because the magnets between the 2.0 case and charger are not designed to be compatible, and there will be misalignment between the phone and charging coil.

If the Wireless Charger Pad is laying flat on a horizontal surface, it will charge phones in our Contour, Clarity and Clarity Lite cases, or phones without a case. However, the charge efficiency will be less reliable, as we can't guarantee that your phone will line up perfectly with the charging coil every time. The chargers were designed to work seamlessly with the AutoAlignPlus™ technology in our Limitless 3.0 cases.

Again if laying flat, the Wireless Charger Pad will also work with AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro, but will not charge Apple watches.
