Oh no! It’s always disappointing when products don’t live up to expectation, and we’re sorry your experience with Mous has not been as we’d hoped. To make a Warranty Claim, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Experience team. If your issue is deemed to be valid, we will replace the item at no charge, with a new product of the same model and style. 


Please be as specific as possible when describing the issue, and we require you to attach at least one photo/video which shows the problem clearly. We will then review the situation and see if you're eligible for a replacement - take a look at our Warranty page for more details on this.


Please note that our Warranty only applies to an original, purchased item. Any product which has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy, and will not be replaced again. Goodwill items are also not covered.
