If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Experience team to make a Warranty Claim. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace your item free of charge with a new product of the same model and style.


To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue.
  • Attach at least one clear photo or video showing the problem.


Please note that our Warranty only applies to an original, purchased item.  Any product which has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again. Goodwill items are also not covered.
