  • Hard cases (Phone, iPad, AirPods, and Screen Protectors): Limited Lifetime warranty (25 years)
  • Bags, Pouches and Sleeves: Limited Lifetime warranty (25 years)
  • Modular accessories (Wallets, Mounts, Wireless Chargers): 2-year warranty
  • Wrist Straps, Phone Slings, AirTag Cases, and Watch Straps: 2-year warranty
  • Cables and Adaptors: 1-year warranty 
  • Thin cases (Minimalist and Super Thin): 1-year warranty 
  • Phone Rings: 1-year warranty


If your claim is valid, we’ll replace your product with a new one of the same model and style, free of charge. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover wear and tear, drops/falls, liquid damage, or similar issues. Products that have been refunded are not eligible for warranty claims.
