Yes - many clear cases will develop an irreversible yellow tint over time. This is caused by a combination of exposure to the sun and your skin's natural oils. As such, this is considered a wear-and-tear issue rather than a manufacturing defect so would not be covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

To preserve the transparency of your case, try not to expose it to oil-based products. Things such as make-up, cooking oil and even sweat can cause the yellowing to speed up. We recommend wiping your case with warm water and a mild soap if exposed to oils to help keep your case in tip-top condition!

• Gently wipe the surfaces of your product with an alcohol-free antibacterial wipe, or alternatively, lightly dampen a microfibre cloth with water and gentle household soap to use instead. We strongly advise against using anything containing alcohol or other harsh chemicals, which may damage both your product and your phone itself. 

• Once you have wiped down your product, make sure to dry it carefully with a clean microfibre cloth.
