There are many reasons why orders can become delayed whilst in transit, and the world of international logistics can be an unforgiving one. We truly do understand how disappointing it can be when an order is taking longer than expected to arrive, but sometimes we are really limited in what we can do to speed things up (though we'll always try!).

We try and do everything we can to help when an order gets stuck, and we review every delay on an individual basis. If a replacement is appropriate then we'll arrange one, though we won't automatically do this as most times the original order would still be likely to arrive before the replacement does! In almost all cases, we find that orders start moving again after just a couple of days - they are rarely lost. By waiting a little longer, we can determine more clearly whether an order has been lost or is just subject to a temporary delay, and we can figure out the best way to assist.

Of course there are times when a courier issue or delay occurs which is entirely beyond our direct control, but again we'll always do whatever we can to support our customers on each step of the journey.
