We’re always looking for ways to make our warranty work better for you. Before, it only allowed one replacement for the original product. Now, we’ve removed that limit, so you can make multiple claims for the same product during the coverage period, as long as each issue meets our warranty criteria.
This change reflects the confidence we have in our products and our commitment to keeping you covered. We’re even applying it to purchases made before the update (because it just felt like the right thing to do).
